Hiya, I decided I really ought to write another blog, seeing as it is now a different year. So 2010, it’s my GCSE year, last year of uniform and two years before the alleged end of the world (before you ask, no I don’t believe this nonsense :P) I haven’t made any New Years Resolutions because I can’t stick to them, but I am thinking of restarting 101/1001 thingy (well actually I have restarted it, I just don’t have my full list yet) because that was cool until I gave it up. So guys tell me about your 2010, how you rang in the New Year and whether you have resolutions or not.

Right so my next topic is exams. First of all, I had the first module of my Science AS last thursday, it wasn’t too bad – much easier than all the practice papers we did, but I don’t want to jinx it. The next set of exams is probably my GCSE’s but I felt like complaining about all the coursework and revision teachers have suddenly sprung on us :( Seriously I have so many deadlines my head might explode haha.

My 16th is apparently my next topic. Okay well, my 16th is on the 6th March, (I now expect presents :P) and Tim Burton’s new film Alice in Wonderland is going to be released on the 5th so I was going to see it with my friends because I love Alice in Wonderland and Tim Burton so it was going to be perfect. But a couple of days ago, my french teacher told us about this exchange trip to France, and the exchange over to France is also on my birthday. Of course I immediately wanted to go, but there is only something like four places on the trip :( and the day of my birthday is travelling home I think :( but oh well. haha really hope I get a place, as well as one of my oldest friends. It would be so cool if we went together :D

Average, that’s my last topic. Okay, anyone who hasn’t been on Mylifeisaverage.com, go there now. It will take over your life. I love the site so much. Everyone complains how all they go on about is ‘Waldo’ (Wally for us English lot) Harry Potter, Ninjas and how much they hate Miley Cyrus. However, that is the good thing about the site! Yeah, that’s pretty much it.

Hey & hope you all had Merry Christmas :)
I have returned after my disappearing act, hopefully better than before – although I have no content but nevermind. Anyway, in attempts to make this an interesting blog, I shall now describe my christmas. Okay so Christmas Eve we had some friends over for a meal and it was really nice – but we got to bed really late. Then, 6 christmas morning my eighteen year old sister comes in and wakes me up, (She did this on her birthday too) I tried to get her to leave and eventually she woke up my parents who tell her to go back to sleep. (gutted at her) Anyway, by 8 we all decided we can’t sleep and opened our presents. We started with stockings :) It was all very good, I got a sewing machine, various DVDs, CDs, videogames, make-up, jewellery, and an icing set :’) I have such strange presents sometimes. Oh and chocolate (;

My parents cooked lunch in our epically crap oven, my mum keeps saying “It’s either burnt or uncooked” – the worst part is that it is actually true. So obviously it was quite a saga – burnt chipolatas :’( After we were all obese with food, we watched a bit of Michael MacIntyre, it was so funny, I love him :’) After that we all got ready to go to my Dad’s old work friends house. Their little party was quite amusing but that is another story haha. So yeah that was my christmas :)
